• Applicable tickets including valid identification documents (if applicable) are required for park entry and re-entry.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable and voided if altered.
• The ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity and it is not valid for special events that required separate admission charges.
• Guests can exit and reentry the park anytime during the operating hours on its valid dates. A hand stamp provided upon the exit together with a valid ticket is required for the park reentry.

Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to alter park rules and regulations, change the park operating hours, close the park or any part of it, suspend any attraction, cancel any entertainment program or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice in the case of inclement weather or circumstances concerning safety, security, order and healthcare.
From time to time, Siam Amazing Park may give an advance notice of the park temporarily closure or suspend the park operations without refund or compensation due to reaching maximum capacity.

Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to conduct security screening/security checks all personal belongings, parcels, clothing, and other items at the main gate and inside the park. Guests are reminded that certain items which may be deemed dangerous or offensive may be prohibited at Siam Amazing Park and we have the right not to allow such items to be brought into the park as well as to deal with any unattended items in the way we consider appropriate. Failure to fully comply with the security screening measures will result in park admittance refusal without refund.

• Disallowed Items are as follows;
  • Pets or any animals.
  • Dangerous or hazardous materials. Weapons of any kind, or objects that may give the appearance or impression of being weapons or toy guns. Explosives and flammable substances including fireworks, firecrackers and harmful chemicals.
  • Frisbees, bicycles, rollerblade skates, scooters, skateboards, electric unicycle. Cart or other wheeled carriers excluding baby strollers, wheelchairs and walking aids.
  • Aerosol paints, magic marker and any hard or sharp objects.
  • Beach chair, beach umbrella, and camping tent.
  • Radio, musical instruments, and loudspeaker.
  • Food & drinks from outside including cooking equipment and utensils are strictly prohibited in amusement park and waterpark.

• The sales of good or services, or the display of good or services.
• The distribution of printed materials or brochures.
• Unauthorized events, speeches, and use of any flag, banner, sign or other material.
• Photography, videotaping or recoding of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity for unapproved commercial purposes.
• The use of handheld camera on the ride.
• The use of head camera or cell phone extension poles (such as selfie sticks) on the ride. Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to reimburse any cost incurred from the damage of such a camera.
• Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the park or any associated facility.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Rides in our waterpark and amusement park are designed to deliver a special and unique experience. They can be thrilling and violent as they move with a high speed, rapid jolts, hard dips, and take a sharp turn. Thus, it is important to read the safety information at each attraction carefully and strictly follow the guidance of the ride operators. Guests who fail to comply with the safety measures will not be allowed to ride without refund.
• To ensure your safety, guests are required to comply with rules and regulation at each ride; for example, height restriction and health conditions. Riders should be in good health to ride safely. Guests who don’t fit properly in a safety restraint such as lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seat belts won’t be allowed to ride.
• Pregnant ladies and guests with disabilities may not be allowed to get on some rides for their own safety.

Please show common courtesy to the park fellow guests and show regards for others in manner, speech, and behaviors during your visit. Be careful not to bump into, push or move ahead of others in the queue. Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to deny an admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park, without refund or compensation for the failure to comply with park rules and regulations.

• Please queue up. Do not skip the queue line. Guests decide to leave the queue along the way for any reasons are required to queue up again from the beginning with no exception.
• Please be respectful. Refrain from using an impolite speech, provocative speech that is disturbing and may lead to conflict and violence.
• Do not engage in unsafe, illegal, disruptive and offensive behaviors, including being disrespectful to Thai national core values; Nation, Religion and Monarch.
• Refrain from doing impulsive actions, act on a whim with little or no forethought that can be risky and harmful; for example, climbing the fence, tree or electricity pole.
• Do not destroy, damage, steal, or remove any property without the consent of the owner. Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to deny admission, file a lawsuit, or remove any persons behaving improperly from the park with no refund or compensation.
• Guests are not allowed behind “No Trespassing” signs and similar signs displayed such as “Keep Out”, “Property Restricted”, “Staff only”. Entering without permission will be guilty of trespassing and trespassing violators will be removed from the park immediately with no refund or compensation and prosecuted.

To comply with 2017 Tobacco Control Act and a 2018 Public Health Ministry announcement, which requires public places including waterpark and amusement park, to declare no-smoking areas to protect non-smokers, Siam Amazing Park is now a smoking free zone. Failure to comply with the law shall result in a non-compliance fine and penalties.

• Please wear appropriate traditional swim attires defined in all posted park rules and regulations. Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to deny an admission or remove any person wearing inappropriate attires from the park.
• Accessories or hard and sharp objects that can be harmful to any guest such as a big ring, earrings, and necklaces, are not permitted.
• Proper Attires for Amusement Park :
  • Please wear appropriate attire to enjoy the amusement park. Guests are recommended to wear clothing that is comfortable, versatile, flexible and cool. Loose clothes or clothes with hard or sharp object that may be harmful to any guests and ride are not permitted.
• Proper Attires for Water Park
  • Please wear appropriate swim attires defined in all posted park rules and regulations only. For your safety, clothing with rivets, snaps, buttons, belts, or metal ornamentation are not permitted. Also, footwear and eyewear are not permitted on any water slides and waterpark attractions.

No street clothes or boxer shorts allowed in the waterpark

Siam Amazing Pass offers a number of convenient parking lots. Please follow signs when entering the parking area and be directed to the available parking lots. We do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guest. Therefore, for the safety and security of your property, please lock your car and secure your belongings properly before leaving the car. There are locker services available for rent in many areas inside the park.
